Small variations are normal. Lighting, distance, head angle, and facial expression all affect measurements. For the most consistent results, scan in even lighting at arm's length with a neutral expression.

Soniche works best on iPhones with TrueDepth camera (iPhone X and later). 3D scanning requires Face ID hardware. Devices without TrueDepth can use the MediaPipe fallback, but with reduced measurement accuracy.

Hold your phone 25–45 cm from your face. Ensure bright, even lighting (avoid harsh shadows or backlighting). Keep a neutral expression. Slowly rotate your head as prompted — the app captures 11 angle slots from -45° to +45°.

Scores are percentile-based comparisons against published anthropometric norms, stratified by age, sex, and ethnicity. A score of 7.5 means your measurement sits favourably within the statistical distribution. Scores are not medical assessments.

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account, all analyses, images, and reports from our servers. You can also email privacy@soniche.app to request data deletion.

Open your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Soniche → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until then.
